A : You can check several points to protect yourself from transaction problems and fraud.

Before enrolling in a course

You can view course details page to check course title, fee, description, and the teacher/course owner's reputation history to have a brief understanding of the course seller. To have a safer transaction, it is highly recommended that you have to check the course seller's reputation history before you enrolling in a course.

You can click "View Reputation" link to view detail reputation history of a course seller.

Ask teacher/course owner questions through course details page. By asking questions, you can make sure the course is what you want and measure teacher's service quality. If a teacher can answer your questions quickly, it generally shows (s)he is ready to teach you what (s)he said in the course description.

After enrolling in a course, and before you paying

Be SURE to get connected with teacher and everything is confirmed before you paying. Get connected with teacher through Message Board provided by ForteMall. You can access Message Board through course details page. You can also discuss the course session and other details through Message Board. If (s)he did not respond you or did not clarify your question(s), DO NOT pay at the moment until all issues are solved!

2.	Ask for a free trial session (about 30 minutes or so) before you pay if this is your first time to purchase a course from that teacher.

Paying

Choose a safer payment method to pay. For example, PayPal has 45 days dispute resolution protection; it is safer than bank transfer and most offline payment methods.

After finishing a course

Remember to rate the teacher when you finish a class (The feature is only enabled in paid courses).Please login to ForteMall system and go to Member Area -> Enrolling -> Enrolled Courses page, find the course, and then click "Leave Comments" link to rate the teacher.
